MyCareerMatch focus is on careers and AI allows us to rethink how we engage with students to deliver quality personalised career advice, study and employment information. We use personality profiling to discover strengths and talents and match these to careers and occupations requiring those traits. These are linked to study courses to discover qualifications or skills needed to find employment.
We have incorporated AI into MyCareerMatch reports. We’ve always aspired to expanding career exploration horizons and excited students can now use MCM AI to explore and interrogate their report. This adds layers to the user’s interactive experience by prompting them and their parents to engage more deeply with their career exploration journey.

MCM AI uses their personalised report as the knowledge source to provide further information and ring fence AI for careers, education and employment offering schools a level of exclusion and safety.

Students are now able to source information about themselves, their strengths and qualities, the careers and courses and who in the future will employ them. They can discover the careers at risk and those in demand. They can ask AI what school subjects they’ll need to get into university or VET and if they don’t like the careers we suggested they can ask AI for other options to best match their personal preferences.
MCM AI is a Career Advisors best assistant ever
Its well know high school careers advisers are a tough breed. There’s not enough time to make personal contact with each student. MCM AI will allow students to do their own exploration, ask questions and interact with their report in a way never possible before and best, free up time for Career Advisors to reach out to students who need help the most.
